Instagram is on the rage but it is only for mobile. If you want to make your photos look instagram-like on your desktop, you may want to try chrome app, Pixlr-o-matic.
It easily turns your boring photos to interesting one easily. Open your files. Click the “random” button to get interesting effects. Once you select the effect, you can save it. Below are some effects I tried using stock image from arztsamui via FreeDigitalPhotos.net. Try it and see for yourself.
PS: I also used their Pixlr Express to make collage and add texts.
